FMP Industry & Job Expo 2025
The FMP Industry and Job Expo 2025 wrapped up with an electric atmosphere that brought together energy, ambition and a shared goal to strengthen the workforce of our region and support young people to explore local opportunities.
From the moment doors opened, the venue buzzed with meaningful conversations and promising connections between students, professionals and industry leaders.
In the afternoon, job-seekers mingled with local and national employers, big and small, as well as employment support services, creating a space that was equal parts informative and inspiring. Whether attendees were networking, exploring or taking part in a dynamic speed interview session, the air was filled with a shared sense of purpose and potential.
Thank you to our sponsors, Chisholm Institute and Workforce Australia, and our partners, Mornington Peninsula Shire and Frankston City Council, for supporting this valuable community initiative. Thank you to our wonderful local schools for bringing their engaged and curious students to consider their futures in our region. Thank you to our job-seekers for putting themselves forward and proactively seeking new opportunities. Thank you to the team at Mornington Racecourse for hosting this event, your professional service and welcoming smiles.
We extend our appreciation to Deputy Mayor Cr Paul Pingiaro and Councillor Cam Williams for their support in attending this event. As well as representatives from the Department of Education and Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.
In 2025, we achieved:
Over 1600 students across two sessions
