The FMP Careers & Pathways Expo supports students in Years 9 - 12 and local industry. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we undertook extensive consultation with schools, students, exhibitors and industry stakeholders.

In 2025, we built on strong foundations to deepen our impact and extend our reach. Through continued collaboration and a clear focus on shared priorities, we delivered measurable progress while strengthening the resilience of our community.

FMPLLEN hosted a Work Local, Live Local School Industry Round Table to facilitate robust discussion and identify valuable opportunities to improve place-based training and employment outcomes for our young people. This report outlines the insights gained from this event.
