Peninsula Pathways Association (PPA)

The PPA meetings are valued by those working with young people as a source of information, relevant resources, and empowering networking with likeminded peers. The scheduled meetings create the opportunity to share knowledge and work through current challenges being faced in the region as a collective. This network combines pathways and well-being to create a holistic approach to how we best guide young people to their chosen path.

Key objectives of PPA:

  • Foster networking & knowledge sharing among career facilitators, well-being support & key stakeholders in the Frankston, Mornington Peninsula region.

  • Build strong connections between the regions career and well-being Coordinators & all FMPLLEN networks to create a supportive community that encourages collaboration & growth.

  • Dedicated to supporting both new & experienced career and wellbeing staff. We offer guidance, resources & assistance to ensure their success in delivering high-quality pathway opportunities to students.

  • Develop & implement annual & long-term plans for the network.

  • Seek partnerships & joint projects with key stakeholders within the FMPLLEN, exploring opportunities for additional funding & facilitating organisational applications for funding.

  • Develop through collaboration a range of tools to assist schools and careers staff to work with their students on raising awareness of employment and career pathway information.
