Youth Services – A range of organisation's in Frankston and Mornington Peninsula offer youth services which include one-on-one programs for early school leavers, and mentoring, counseling, health services and recreational activities. Many youth service providers also offer assistance and referral on issues concerning young people such as income, employment, drugs and alcohol, education and accommodation. Registered Training Providers – A registered training organisation (RTO) in Australia, is a vocational education organisation that provides students with training that results in qualifications and statements of attainment that are recognised and accepted by industry and other educational institutions throughout Australia. Registered training organisations can be State and Territory government or privately owned training organisations. All registered training organisations in Australia and the qualifications they are registered to deliver are listed on the National Training Information Service (NTIS).
Job Active (formerly Job Services Australia) – An Australian Government funded network of organisations (private and community, and originally also government) that is contracted by the Australian Government, through the Department of Education and Training deliver employment services to unemployed job seekers on Government income support payments.
